I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a pleasant surprise with cleanliness and comfort as their highlights, but the service fell short with issues like multiple identity proofs required and our concerns not being taken seriously. The location was convenient yet lacked charm, and the dining fell short of expectations with overpriced breakfast. However, the facilities offered were decent.
